The Third Session of the Thirteenth National People's Congress was held in Beijing on May 22.
 
National People's Congress Huang Dachang actively listened to the voices of the grassroots, extensively collected social conditions and public opinions, and will focus on the construction of financial integrity, the integration of industry and city, and the development of the paint industry. Proposals and suggestions were submitted at the third session of the National People's Congress.

As an expert in the field of coatings, Huang Dachang said that in terms of high-end industrial coatings, foreign brands have a high market share, and the development of domestic private enterprises is affected hinder.

He suggested that all sectors of society produce and use environmentally friendly and safe inorganic coatings to contribute to building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.
