On May 18, 2021, the founding meeting of the Inorganic Coatings Painting Branch of the China Coatings Industry Association was grandly held in Beijing. After the vote of all the attending representatives, Shenzhen Simon United Building Materials Co., Ltd. was elected as the Vice Chairman of the Inorganic Coating Branch of the China Coatings Industry Association.

The Inorganic Coating Branch is a group unit of inorganic coating production and coating professionals composed of backbone production enterprises, inorganic raw material suppliers, inorganic material research units, marketing units, and coating units. The birth of the Inorganic Coating Branch is a significant milestone in the development history of inorganic coatings in China.

The association will promote the development of inorganic coatings in China, promote fair competition and technological exchange in the industry, establish industry self-discipline to improve industry order, and play an important role in promoting sustainable development of the industry.

Simon United Building Materials Co., Ltd., as the earliest inorganic coating enterprise involved in the production, research and development of inorganic coatings, will assume the responsibilities and obligations assigned by the association, vigorously promote the inorganic coating as the mission, and take the 4E principles of economy, ecology, energy, and efficiency as its own responsibility, making due contributions to the development of inorganic coatings in China!

At the meeting, Mr. Xie Baohong, the joint chairman of Simon, was invited by the conference to give a "Introduction to the Development of Microcement". This was the first systematic exposition on the definition, development process, product characteristics, current situation, and development of microcement at a national coating industry conference.

Xie Dong called on micro cement as the most popular wall and floor integrated decoration material with broad prospects and rapid development, and urgently needs to establish product standards and industry standards to regulate products. Simon, as the first enterprise in China to independently develop micro cement products, will collaborate with micro cement related units to establish industry standards.
