The late famous American architect Mr. F·L· Wright launched a "Usonian" (Usonian) ecological housing system. Building an ecological residence is essentially a reflection on the people's environment, a reflection on the relationship between residence and ecology, life and the environment.
Shanghai Tisi Architectural Design Co., Ltd.'s new work "Mingjuan" villa took nearly 5 years from conceptual design to completion, and the time span is far longer than its contemporaneous design and even some later projects. When F· On the basis of L· Wright's concept, combined with traditional Chinese Feng Shui, combining Chinese and Western elements, a unique and innovative "Usonian" high-quality villa area with Chinese characteristics has been created.
Loyal to nature
According to the terrain, the "name engraving" is integrated into the terrain and landscape in a harmonious and orderly manner, integrating with nature and becoming a part of nature.
The project inherits the essence of Wright's Fallingwater Villa and is built along the mountain to create a harmonious beauty between nature and architecture; the "nature" that extends the virgin forest government protection area is integrated into the villa area, making full use of the natural advantages of the project, using Natural mountain springs and flowing water create recyclable cascading waterfall wonders; the environment is made into an "organic" concept, a large number of natural mountain top stones are used, and the original geological features are followed to restore the original appearance of the mountain stones.
Adapting to nature
The architectural concept repeatedly advocated by organic architect Wright, the concept of "liveness" and integrity are the two basic principles of organic architecture, and organic architecture embodies the intrinsic function and purpose of architecture, coordinates with the environment, and reflects the nature of materials. Concrete performance in creation.
The project design not only pays attention to the natural qualities of materials, but also pays special attention to the understanding and respect of the external nature. The material of the exterior wall has been repeatedly selected and sprayed to select the architectural color that is most suitable for nature; Zeng Yihong, the main architect of the project, said that based on the pursuit of the concept of ecological energy saving, "Mingzhu" is not like other villas at present , the facade is suspended with high-grade precious stone, but the facade is painted with paint. In order to find an "organic" building skin that can breathe, the design team spent nearly half a year, and repeatedly tested hundreds of models with Shenzhen Simon United Building Materials Co., Ltd., and finally confirmed that Simon Ibiza approved Patna. The color is added with British brown and colorful embellishment effects. Through the three-dimensional and vivid texture, it highlights the artistic beauty of the building. At the same time, it also makes the facade wall easier to adapt to changes in the external temperature, making it warm in winter and cool in summer. This innovative technology based on the concept of organic architecture, the thickness of this kind of thick layer paint is three times that of the domestic commonly used indicators, and it is also second to none in China.
Back to nature
The project gives each building the visual effect of an independent building with an open living space by means of no shared walls and retreated terraces. The interior adopts very few closed support structures, opens the living room of each household to the garden or terrace, and maximizes the area of doors and windows, effectively establishing a natural and harmonious dialogue between the mountain, the water system and the residents.
Most of the well-known Falling Water villas are townhouses, but in terms of appearance, they often give people the impression of single-family villas, and this also benefits from the space treatment during planning and design. On the one hand, the indoor space of each household and each floor can be perfectly connected to the outdoor nature, and the air convection and indoor lighting are excellent; on the other hand, the perfect match between the building and Jiangang Mountain can be realized, and the villas dotted on the mountain become a new landscape.
Zeng Yihong: Famous ecological villas will not be outdated in 100 years
If a villa project simply copies a certain style, it is easy to fall into a cliché. For this reason, Mr. Zeng Yihong, chairman of the well-known planner and designer Tees Architectural Design Co., Ltd., has lived in Canada for more than 20 years and has been engaged in architectural planning and design work in Canada, Hong Kong, and the Mainland for nearly 40 years. In an exclusive interview, he once Point out the unique point of view that "organic villas built by adhering to the concept of ecological and environmental protection design will not become obsolete in a hundred years". The designer pursues the unity of nature and man between the project and the natural environment, follows the flexibility and adaptability presented by the power of nature, improves the community environment and quality of life, and realizes the sustainable and healthy development of the community. At the same time, it brings Shenzhen a unique The organic villa design is also widely recognized by the industry.
