LOFT Microcement: An ultra-fine smooth cement finish with seamless integration and an ultimate minimalist style. It offers unlimited color options, easy daily maintenance and cleaning, with a thickness of 5mm to 8mm. It features no shrinkage, no cracking and outstanding durability. Boasting a concrete texture comparable to wood flooring and soft stone, its industrial appearance creates a unified overall aesthetic for commercial spaces and a personalized vibe for private residential spaces.

This two-component product consists of LOFT powder and LOFT slurry. The slurry has excellent fluidity for effortless construction. It is matched with dedicated supporting primer and ultra-wear-resistant protective coating.

Application:
Ideal for new buildings, commercial real estate, hotels, interior floor decoration, as well as floor renovation in homes and offices. When used on underfloor heating systems, please follow heating operation regulations: control the heating-up speed within 2°C per hour at the initial stage, raise the temperature gradually to a suitable level, and follow the same rule for cooling down. For floor application: it is only suitable for pedestrian-only floors.

Effect:
LOFT Microcement is constructed by self-leveling combined with manual troweling, presenting a handmade troweled texture. It can also be polished to a smooth finish with subtle texture. Protective coatings are available in matte and glossy options.
LOFT Microcement flooring adopts dedicated supporting primer and ultra-wear-resistant protective topcoat. Different protective agents come with distinct characteristics and scope of application.

Color
Two base materials are available: natural cement gray and cement off-white. Colors can be customized via the Simon professional tinting system with natural mineral alkaline color pastes. Bright vivid colors are not available for tinting.
