After completing the color mechanism design of the sample, the Simon Rammed Earth Laboratory tried to make an experimental wall in the Simon factory in full accordance with the requirements of the new Hunan Provincial Museum. In the experiment, the expansion coefficient, constructability, compressive and flexural coefficient of the material and the formwork, the arrangement of the reinforcement and the linking method of the wall were constantly adjusted.

The results of the experiment are very good. Simon's ultra-thin modern rammed earth has a compressive strength of nearly 15Mpa and is almost the same as C15 concrete. Thereby ensuring the compressive capacity to withstand a height of more than 7 meters at a thickness of 50 mm. The thickness-to-height ratio can reach 200, and the compressive and flexural properties and expansion coefficient meet the requirements of BIM structures.

Creatively design the formwork and linking method with a height of 300mm in the construction technology, which ensures that the dry hard modern rammed earth can be compacted and formed in a mechanism that meets the design requirements in a space with a thickness of only 50mm Effect.
