Product description: Developed with fine molecular base materials, it is a multifunctional water-based sealing primer with strong penetrating power. Can effectively seal the wall, one-way breathable anti-alkali and weather resistance, high adhesion and other functions are dedicated to the primer for concrete anti-alkali sealing.
Product characteristics: milky white low viscosity emulsion polymer, transparent primer composed of fine particles. Has excellent resistance to water and saponification. The coating penetrates into the base layer to form a closed layer, which reduces the capillary water absorption of the base layer, is hydrophobic and breathable, strengthens the bearing capacity of the base layer, and improves the quality of the surface coating film. Highly concentrated, convenient for transportation and storage.

Scope of application: All mineral substrates and solid old coating surfaces inside and outside buildings, such as various cement mortar plastering surfaces, concrete, lime plastering surfaces, gypsum products , cement blocks, etc. Ideal for highly alkaline concrete surfaces, long lasting to ensure a good looking finish.
Grass-roots treatment Before the wall, the dust, grease, mildew on the wall must be removed first, and the old loose coating should be eradicated, and the pinhole cracks on the wall should be filled and leveled. The new wall must be fully dried and maintained for at least 30 days to ensure that the pH value of the wall is lower than 10, and the moisture content of the base layer of the wall is less than 10%.
