施工方法：
墙体条件：
（1）墙体必须达到外墙中级抹灰以上，允许偏差≤2MM，要求平整、清洁，有自然的抹灰毛面，墙体不允许采用素水泥压充。
（2）、墙体无空鼓、起皮、掉粉、砂眼、明显开裂、明显抹纹、接茬，表面无灰尘、无浮浆、无油迹、无锈斑、无霉点、无盐类析出物、无青苔。
（3）、外墙墙体抹灰后干燥14天以上，墙体含水率小于10% ，PH值小于10。
（4）、内墙体抹灰必须完成，否则内墙抹灰时浇水有可能渗透到外墙基底引起STUCCO起泡。
（5）、墙面阴阳角平直、圆角达到甲方要求弧度，滴水线要顺直。
墙体处理：
采用专用西蒙抗裂砂浆找平厚度约1.5—2.0mm。目的使墙体平整度符合STUCCO的施工要求。（特别提示：在平整度良好的墙面如铝膜板脱模的墙面可以省略该步骤，直接进入下个施工步骤。在平整度不符合要求的墙面切忌采用普通腻子找平墙体（普通腻子的强度硬度不够，容易造成涂层与墙体结合不牢脱壳等问题）
西蒙特石粉料施工工艺：
1）按照设计要求，将墙体分割成与石材般的形状和排列，做出相应的分割缝。
2）将西蒙特石STUCCO粉料按照比例加水搅拌均匀，用批刀批刮西蒙特石STUCCO材料，要求批刮密实，批刮收刀的方向一致避免出现明显的刀痕。
3）西蒙特石STUCCO材料稍干后，用专用滚筒在STUCCO上根据设计及业主要求的效果拉出纹理。
4）待西蒙特石STUCCO涂层完全干燥后才有砂纸打磨平整涂层。
5）在打磨平整度符合要求的涂层上喷洒干净水，对西蒙特石涂层进行养护24小时。
渗透固化底漆施工：
在完成养护的西蒙特石涂层上喷洒渗透固化底漆，并采用电动打磨机研磨涂层表面，此过程需要反复重复两三次。
釉面保护剂施工：
在完成渗透固化底漆的西蒙特石涂层上喷洒釉面保护剂，并采用电动打磨机研磨涂层表面，此过程需要反复重复两三次。直至釉面保护剂与西蒙特石涂层完全融合而成，在涂层的表面形成亮光坚硬的保护层。
修饰分割缝：
完成西蒙特石釉面保护剂后，修饰分割缝至设计要求清理干净墙体。完成上述步骤后，墙体将形成西蒙特石专有的高仿石效果。
