Mixed rammed soil is a mixed soil in which cement, lime and various additives are added to raw soil. Rammed earth walls built using mechanical and formwork techniques.  
Pure raw soil rammed earth walls are limited by the difficulty of obtaining large-scale soil that meets the requirements. Body surface sand and other issues. 1) Simon colored rammed concrete solid walls
Plant steel bars and support templates according to the design requirements, the thickness of the wall is 400-500mm, and use polystyrene board as the heat insulation layer in the middle. Fill the Simon colored rammed concrete that meets the design requirements in color and granularity layer by layer into the middle of the formwork, and tamp the wall with a pneumatic rammer. After the wall strength reaches the requirement, remove the formwork and clean the wall. A clear concrete protector can be applied to prevent carbonation of the concrete.  
The strength of the tamped wall cast by this process is not lower than C 20. The proportion of wall width and height that meets the requirements of modern architecture can be achieved.

 

 

 


Color:< ;br /> Simon colored rammed concrete is available in 10 standard raw earth colours. The color can also be adjusted according to the architect's design requirements.
Simon colored rammed concrete walls can be rammed by single-color rammed layered pouring and multi-color (2-5 kinds) layered pouring rammed.

The strength of Simon colored rammed concrete can reach the strength of concrete C20 and above, and it is resistant to rain erosion. The surface will not be sanded, and the color is firm and basically does not require special maintenance. It can be used as a partition wall and decorative wall of a building.
