System Technical Principle and Core Positioning
Simon Solvent-Free Polyurethane Self-Leveling SPU adopts a two-component solvent-free system of "modified polyurethane resin Component A + aliphatic curing agent Component B". With ultra-fine fillers added and constructed by self-leveling process, it forms a seamless and dense coating. This technology breaks through the environmental shortcomings of traditional solvent-based flooring. It features solvent-free and low-odor, excellent self-leveling performance, and suitability for medium and heavy load conditions. Some versions also have antibacterial and stain-resistant properties. Specially developed for commercial spaces, light-duty industrial areas, clean workshops, hygiene-sensitive areas and crowded venues, it provides a cost-effective flooring solution.

 

Product Definition
It is a two-component solvent-free system composed of modified polyurethane resin (Component A) and aliphatic curing agent (Component B). When mixed in precise proportion, it forms a seamless coating with good flexibility, wear resistance and compression resistance. Its core advantages include solvent-free environmental performance, easy cleaning and maintenance, and the ability to bridge fine cracks. Some models are additionally equipped with antibacterial and sound insulation functions to meet the demands of diverse application scenarios.
