The Simon WPU Waterborne Polyurethane Paint Series adopts a modified polyurethane resin system with water as the diluent. Through precise formula design, it forms a coating that integrates decoration, protection and environmental performance. Breaking through the environmental limitations of traditional solvent-based paints, it features low odor, high wear resistance, strong adhesion and stable performance. Specially developed for the decoration and protection of indoor and outdoor substrates, it includes two major functions: colored decoration (WPU-810) and wear-resistant protection (WPU-800), providing a cost-effective solution with eco-safety, multi-substrate adaptability and superior performance.
It is a water-based coating formulated with modified polyurethane resin as the core component, water as the dilution medium, and added with eco-friendly color paste (WPU-810) or functional additives (WPU-800). It forms a monolithic seamless coating after construction, with core advantages of environmental friendliness, no irritating odor, wear and scratch resistance, and strong adhesion. WPU-810 focuses on uniform coloring and decorative effect, while WPU-800 focuses on wear-resistant protection and performance enhancement. The two can be used in combination to improve the overall effect, fully meeting the decoration and protection requirements of various substrates.

Surface Effect: Monolithic and seamless; semi-gloss and matte finishes are both available. WPU-810 supports custom color tones, while WPU-800 is transparent and non-yellowing.
Mixing Ratio: Single-component system. Only clean water may be used for dilution; adding organic solvents or auxiliary agents of other brands is prohibited.

Coverage (single coat): WPU-810: 6–8㎡/kg by brush, 8–10㎡/kg by roller, 10–12㎡/kg by spray; WPU-800: 8–10㎡/kg by brush, 10–12㎡/kg by roller, 12–15㎡/kg by spray.
Construction Method: Applicable by brushing, rolling and spraying. Light sanding and curing shall be carried out as required after application.
Construction Conditions: Temperature 10–35℃ (15–30℃ for spraying); relative humidity ≤75% RH (≤70% RH for spraying). Substrate moisture content shall be kept at 8%–12%, and the surface must be dry, clean, oil-free and burr-free.
Curing Requirement: Full curing takes 7 days to achieve optimal performance. During the curing period, avoid heavy impact, sharp scratches and contact with corrosive substances.
Shelf Life: 12 months in unopened original packaging.
Storage: Keep tightly sealed in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight. Storage temperature ≤40℃ and no lower than 5℃ in winter. Flip the container 1–2 times per month during storage to prevent sedimentation.
