Breaking through the performance bottleneck of traditional two/three-component products, it features extreme environmental resistance (-40℃ to 130℃), strong chemical corrosion resistance (30% sulfuric acid / 40% sodium hydroxide), heavy-load wear resistance (no marks left by 15-ton forklift rolling), and eco-friendly food-grade safety with FDA certification. Developed specifically for harsh scenarios such as food processing, cold chain logistics, chemical anti-corrosion, high-end manufacturing and crowded public areas, it is designed to replace imported 4C system products and deliver a cost-effective solution with "import-equivalent performance and 15%-20% cost reduction".
I. Product Definition
It is a four-component waterborne system composed of modified polyurethane castor oil emulsion (Component A), eco-friendly curing agent (Component B), special premixed powder (Component C), and durable color paste (Component D). When mixed in precise proportions, it forms a composite floor integrating the elasticity of organic polymers and the rigidity of inorganic materials. It features excellent resistance to extreme temperature differences, chemical corrosion and heavy-load abrasion, fully meeting food-grade safety standards as well as strict requirements for industrial and civil scenarios.
