It can be used for new floors as well as the renovation of old floors originally paved with tiles, mosaics and other materials, with no obvious traces of tile joints left. Its surface hardness can reach 5-6H.

Product Features & Advantages:

  • Fabric texture with delicate touch and strong three-dimensional sense, elegant and versatile for various decoration styles;
  • Easy construction: no lump formation and no color mottling;
  • Superior scrub resistance: withstands more than 30,000 scrubbing times;
  • Diversified decorative effects: available in textured paint, smooth finish and more styles.

Construction Process:

1. Roll on the first coat of special primer on the qualified base floor.

2. Apply the second coat of special primer by rolling to ensure an even primer layer.

3. Scrape the mixed Starry Sky Stone material evenly onto the floor with controlled thickness, then leave it to dry naturally.

4. After the first coat is fully dried (about 24 hours), apply the second coat of Starry Sky Stone main material. During application, smooth the surface gently in the same direction with a finishing trowel.

5. Once the Starry Sky Stone layer is completely dry, sand it lightly with fine sandpaper (240–400 mesh) until the surface is smooth.

6. Clean up the sanded base thoroughly, then roll on the special interface agent. After drying, apply one even coat of polyurethane protective sealer.

7. After the first coat of polyurethane sealer dries, apply the second coat evenly.

Floor Curing

The newly constructed floor cannot be put into immediate use. A minimum curing period of 3 days is required before occupancy. Avoid scratching with sharp objects or dragging heavy items across the floor during use to prevent surface damage.

Repair Instructions

Any damaged areas can be repaired with the same batch of materials. Clean the damaged section thoroughly and sand off the surrounding protective layer. Careful repair can minimize color difference and make repair traces almost invisible.
