1. Base Treatment: Grind the base and apply interface agent to enhance adhesion.
2. Primer Application: Scrape and apply Panvimo dedicated primer to form a crack-resistant base layer.
3. Material Mixing: Mix powder and slurry at a ratio of 4:1. Mechanically stir for 3–5 minutes until homogeneous, allow to stand for 5 minutes, then stir mechanically for another 1 minute.
4. Self-leveling Paving: Mechanically pave the mixed material with a controlled thickness of 3–10mm.
5. Aggregate Embedding (Optional): Embed decorative aggregates according to the design scheme.
6. Grinding & Polishing: Grind 3–5 times sequentially with 80–500 mesh grinding discs to achieve the ideal gloss.
7. Surface Protection: Roll on nano-sealing protectant to improve stain resistance and wear resistance.
